We put 2 1/2 to 30 yards of concrete under each shelter.  The shelters have up to 25 anchors under them.  The anchors attach the shelter to the concrete. We install concrete at no charge to you.

Our shelters can be installed under the foundation of your future home, or adjacent to an existing building. A small pantry or storage room can be added to an existing home to accommodate our shelter.

After installation, the only thing above ground is the door on one end and the turbine vent and electric outlet on the other end.

We will install shelters in most areas of the United States. 
    
          1)  where the water level is within about 5' or less of the surface there will be an additional charge.
          2)  where the ground is very hard such as iron ore or rock, where digging is almost impossible, the homeowner will have to pay for the excavating. We will do the rest.
